By accessing this Website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use this Website.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register. 


1.2 By accessing, registering, attending meetings and other events organised by Network Nouveau and using our Website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


1.3 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new Terms and Conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.

2. BOOKING EVENTS AND ORDERING GOODS OR SERVICES FROM US

2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by booking via paypal or our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check that you have booked the desired event and to correct any errors. Either paypal or we will send you an email acknowledgement, detailing the event, services or bookings you have ordered. 


2.2 Our acceptance of a booking or order takes place when the booking or order is acknowledged. Paypal will send you an order confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. 


2.3 We may refuse to accept an order: 
(a) where goods are not available; 
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; 

(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or 

(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our Terms and Conditions.

3. PRICING

3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price. 


3.2 Our event prices are reviewed periodically and the next review will be on 01/01/2012.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

4.1  If you wish to cancel your order:

- 14 days prior to the event: full refund of payment

- less than 14 days prior to the event: not refundable and not transferable

(b) where we cancel an event, we will provide you with a full refund 

(c) where you wish to cancel a membership fee, sponsorship or advertising fee, no refund will be offered.

5. LICENCE

5.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis: 
(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way; 
(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and 

(c) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies. 


5.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by our licensors or us. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, any use of extracts from this Website other than in accordance with clause 5.1 above for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website.

6.1 While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

7.1 Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the PRIVACY POLICY any material you transmit or post to this Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We will have no obligations with respect to such material. We and our nominees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.

We expressly reserve the right to revoke the right granted in this clause 8.2 for breach of these terms and to take any action we deem appropriate. 


8.3 You shall fully indemnify us for any loss or damage we or any of our group companies may suffer or incur as a result of your breach of clause 8.2.

9. REGISTRATION AND NETWORK NOUVEAU MEMBERSHIP

Once you have registered and paid the membership fee, upon approval, you will become a member of the Network Nouveau Business Networking. There is no entitlement to a refund of any part of the membership or entry fee.  For clarity:

9.1 A member is an individual over the age of 18, not an organisation.


9.2 Subject to written approval by Network Nouveau it is possible to transfer membership between individuals of the same company or organisation that can be carried out subject to an administration fee of £50.


9.3 It is not possible to substitute an individual's membership by another individual - whether from the same organisation or not, unless agreed in writing by Network Nouveau.


9.4  Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
9.5 Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately. 


9.6 Whilst the membership is granted on an annual basis membership is deemed to continue indefinitely, and your membership fee shall continue to be payable unless 28 days written notice of termination of your membership is provided or We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
9.7  Upon approval of membership - Members are entitled to a reduced entry fee to each networking event of £15 (Non-member entry fee £25).
9.8 Members are entitled to invite an unlimited number of guests at £15.
9.9 Detailed delegate list will be emailed on the day of the event to Members who have booked attendance at a networking event.
9.10 Privileged access to Advisory Board and Founder Members.
9.11Strategy and Growth meetings are available with the Founders chargeable at a special concessionary members rate.
9.12 A detailed entry in the Network Nouveau Directory is available for each Member including a logo with a direct link to the Member's website.
9.13In their first year Members are entitled to a full A4 page profile/advertisement for a period of one month in one of the digital magazine editions during the year of membership. Artwork of the A4 page needs to be prepared and emailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 9.14 Members are eligible for a 50% discount on advertising and editorial material in the Digital Magazine.
9.15 Members are eligible for one of the 15 free spaces to display a roll up banner at Networking Events on a 'first come first served basis' at the discretion of the Founders.
9.16 Members are eligible for a substantial discount when booking exhibition space for a display of promotional material and roll up banners. The Members rate is £95 per networking event.
9.17 Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
9.18 All fees quoted exclude VAT.
9.19 The Management of Network Nouveau take no responsibility or liability for business transacted between members or the suitability of any attendee to transact business at Network Nouveau events.
9.20 Details of membership and benefits are correct at the time of publication and are subject to availability or change without notice.
9.21Network Nouveau Management reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.22 Network Nouveau reserves the right to limit or terminate membership if the member fails to attend 4 consecuitive meetings or send an approved representative or is considered to be non-compliant with any applicable terms or conditions of membership.
9.23 Membership is for the individual named member only and cannot be transferred, assigned or used by any other person.

For an additional payment it is possible to upgrade your package to include club benefits at a later date, but this is at the discretion of of the Directors and subject to an administration fee of £50.

10.1 While we endeavour to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, we do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the material on this Website. We may make changes to the material on this Website, or to the products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. The material on this Website may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update such material.

11.5 If directly or indirectly, Network Nouveau is found to be liable in relation to the Website or Business Networking Service that liability shall be limited to the annual Membership Fee paid.

11.5 Use of this website and the business networking service is at your own risk.


11.6 You agree to indemnify us in full and on demand against any loss, damage, costs or expenses which we suffer or incur directly or indirectly as a result of your use of the Website and the Business Networking Service.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

12.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. 


12.2 We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the Website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this Website from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. 


12.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
