If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and cancel a booking for an event and receive a refund as follows:
- 14 days prior to the event: full refund of payment
- less than 14 days prior to the event: not refundable and not transferable
(b) where we cancel an event, we will provide you with a full refund
(c) where you wish to cancel a membership fee, sponsorship or advertising, no refund will be offered.

For clarity:

1.  It is not possible to substitute an individual's membership by another individual - whether from the same organisation or not, unless agreed in writing by Network Nouveau.

2. Whilst the membership is granted on an annual basis membership is deemed to continue indefinitely, and your membership fee shall continue to be payable unless 28 days written notice of termination of your membership is provided or we may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under our Terms and Conditions.
